Greetings! I am Kari Y. Snyder, MFA.
I am a Senior Instructional Designer focused on leveraging interactive, multi-media blended learning experiences built with online platforms such as Articulate 360, various LMS platforms, XR, 3D simulations and AI technology. I am a proponent of research and data based design strategy, gamification, and effective use of technology for customized learning experiences. My experience includes Project Management and Mentorship. I have managed and led internal and external teams of up to 90 both in-house and with remote, global teams. For six years I taught Digital Media for the University of Houston and developed curriculum for the program.
I strategize. Masterplan creation and ideation backed up with strategic planning.
I organize resources to find the best learning approach using ADDIE or SAM models with AGILE software methodologies.
I create. All media, all platforms, almost all technology.
I work deals. From creating a business plan to pitching it to my financial network.
I manage. As an experienced producer, I will be on hand from start to finish.
I crunch the numbers. At the end of the day, results are all that matters.
